Today in the Garden of a Lifetime: Pardancanda seed-heads



The multi-colored flowers of Pardancanda mature to heads of glossy black seeds in time for the fluffy white flowers of hardy ageratum.  The color scheme has changed from anything-goes to a black tie.


The black seeds are glossy even when the weather is dry. 




This morning, a heavy dew is nearly dripping from them.  They are luscious, indeed.
